Hi Wasem,

Could you please share below points to debug the issue:

• Check the System Name updated in your screenshot, Please use SIA Name in Source & Target, If you have not aware of SIA name then please use Server Name or you can check the SIA name from CMC & CCM.
  
• Respective Ports are Open for both the BO 4.x Server.
• Service account is same for both the BO 4.x Server

You will get the error details regarding connectivity issue in Event viewer or SAP Business Objects Logging folder (<Server Name>CMS.GLF) of the server.
