Filter out option

Hello Expert,

  I have a requirement like while the filter is enabled on tile list the user should get noticed about that. Means in header the count should display as Y of X Total. In out of the box application it is showing as X Total. In older version application this option was there.

Is there any way to achieve this?  or can we change the color of the text while filtering?

Any help on this will be appreciated.
