Changes to catalog not visible after transport.

Hi  Experts-

Apart from this note : 2080578 - SP11: Changes to catalogs and groups not visible after transport

Could there be any other reason the catalogs are not visible after transport?

When I try to assign the transport and click on ok, there is no error shown in the chrome console nor when I do trace.

What else could be missing why are the objects are not assigned in the transport.

Please guide me.
