Hi,
Verified the complex table enable,refresh and check parameters in configuration panel.The complex table data related to work centers has been downloaded to the device after the complete reset of the application.The table related to work centers has not updated in intermediate syncs.Hence even if Activity types are configured for the work center they are not provided as drop down in Agentry Client.
Reset of the application has resolved the issue.
