Fiori Launchpad Logon Screen

Hello all,

I am trying to get the Fiori Launchpad logon screen that has the background image, etc. to show up, but when I navigate to the Fiori Launchpad, I only get the following:

I have followed several blogs and scn instructions, and I have the logon screen appearing as expected for the Launchpad Designer, but it still isn't appearing for the Launchpad itself.  I have the same settings between the two services in SICF that I can tell.  Below is a screenshot from the System Logon Configuration for service /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell:

Please suggest anything you think I may be missing.  I have cleared all caches multiple times, but the expected logon screen still isn't showing up.
