Hi Murali,
MI02 is using BAPI /SAPTRX/BAPI_EH_GET_DATA to retrieve the EH data.
Could you set a break point here and check what's in G_REQUEST_ID_ITAB?
Afterwards compare the entries with table /SAPTRX/EH_TRKID. If there is an entry in this table the EH should be retrieved.
