#2 Client Tools is located in Central Management Console, Launch Pad, Report Upload Wizard, CR2013?  I cannot find a client tool or BVM.

#4 I can cancel out of the System Configuration Wizard, but that is the only Welcome Dialog box

# 6I have nothing that says "Data Connection" or "DC"

#7 lost?  Not sure is this in CR2013 or CRS (Crystal report server)
