Erro HTTP 500 when try to assign a JCO in XCM

I'm a basis and the CRM functional aks me that he is receiving an error when he try to assign a JCO component to his application configuration (I get the picture from the screen when he try to select the JCO component, and the screen is annex to this discussion).

The error is:

500   Internal Server Error
		SAP NetWeaver Application Server
