I need to create Bid invitation in SAP SRM, for PDP process, when purchase requisition transferred from ECC to SAP SRM, a bid invitation to be created automatically. As of now we have configured sourcing always carried out. When a PR is transferred to SAP SRM, automatically a shopping cart is created and it appears in the carryout sourcing, here the user has to create bid invitation manually.
As per the requirement we need only bid invitation to be created and not shopping cart.As a followon document a purchase order to be created. Is it possible? please suggest your valuable reply.
