Re: data from "Survey" is not reflected back in mail ID when we use "MAILTO"

Thanks a lot for your help.

The process you have explained in your document Survey+processing+without+opening+a+connection+to+the+CRM

+Backend+from+the+Internet use the mailto XML file and in other SAP document it was mentioned that HTTP/HTTPs required for survey on internet. So please help me to clarify this confusion:

1)       Whether Only BSP XML will suffice for sharing the survey to customers on their mails and capturing the response in CRM or HTTP/HTTPs XML file will be required in survey repository.

2)       Mail form tracking options ++ and ## will be used in the process or the process will work without these options.
